The Bluetooth connection is used only to enable communication between the FlashBall device and its companion app. No connection data is transmitted to The Junior Genius or any third parties.

FlashBall is designed specifically for children’s learning and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because no data is collected, no personal information from children is ever stored or shared.

4. Parental Consent

By allowing your child to use FlashBall, you provide consent for the child to interact with the device and companion app under your supervision.
