Welcome to FlashBall! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”) and related services provided by The Junior Genius (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree, please do not use the App.
FlashBall is designed for educational use by children ages 4 and up. However, accounts must be created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized school representative. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to consent on behalf of a minor.
We take children’s privacy seriously. FlashBall complies with the Children’s Online Privacy
Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable data protection laws.

Certain features of FlashBall may be offered on a paid basis. Payments are processed through the app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) and subject to their respective terms.
No refunds are available unless required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FlashBall at any time if you violate
these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
FlashBall is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by updating the date above
and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Continued use of FlashBall after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
